I planning to get A+. then MCSE and CNA, do i need Network + before MCSE? does it help?

Does it help what? Getting a job? Getting the other certs? Maybe a little... every credential you have will help a little because it will show potential employers that you have a clue (not much more than that - certs really don't do much more than get you in the door today - I certainly wouldn't hire someone based on certs). It doesn't help you with the other certs though EXCEPT in that a little of what you learn will probably help you in the others.
